Neighboring house in my locality had a 'pooja' perhaps for the newly build house extension. The ‘Arch’ decoration at the entrance made with banana stems, bamboos and coconut leaves with fresh flowers signify the new beginning and holiness...
Btw, the cow in the picture was trying to sneak into the left over flowers for a quick chew..
