Tea & Coffee Corners...

Perhaps it's about that golden sip of tea or coffee that most of them relish and demand, thus almost every nook and corner you find these tiny carts / establishments serving hot beverages along some local biscuits / cookies...

Wow! I would like to order a cup of tea from this colorful cart! Does one have a choice of tea varieties too? How is tea served in India?
