The challenge remains to source raw material, cook the food early and serve it at the destinations hot and tasty….almost twice a day!!

Pooja season...

Holy month of Shravan gets me lot of invites from neighbors and friends for Satyanarayana puja and prasad. This ritual is generally performed before/on any major occasion like marriage, house warming ceremony etc. It can also be performed on any day for any reason. The Satyanarayana puja is unique in a way that it does not require a Brahmin / priest to perform.
