Decorative Arches....
One of the peculier styles of Bangalore is the decorative arches of residential area's/villages inside the city... these area residents build big arches such as this at the entrance of the roads leading to the specific settlements..

btw, these arches are not for all area's but for a select areas within city...
A kind of huge doorway to celebrate the DP theme of the month.
How beautiful! Sometimes for expensive new residential developments in the U.S. there might be a portal with a sign, but nothing as beautiful as this.
