Crisp Masala Dosa does workout to be great filling breakfast, and most of the the Darshinis in the city does offer best of these varieties, gets me there often!!

Just checked on Wikipedia to learn the ingredients of Masala Dosa. They say that in Bangalore the dosa often has red chutney with garlic in it. True? What's in the little bowl? Your photo is making me hungry. I'm dying to go out and try some.
