How different is dosa from chapati? I've had chapati many times, but never dosa.
Just back home from B'lore, did visit "Thindi Beedi" at V.V.Puram.. loved it, thanks to you!:)
Hilda, They are different as chapattis are made from wheat flour whereas dosa’s use rice flour ( partly fermented) ….
