Chutneys and sambar served at my favorite weekend breakfast joint, Pongal in Jeevan bhima nagar…the flavors and the taste is simple yet mouthwatering! After the items ordered are served, these chuneys and sambar is kept on each table and served unlimited!!
Suni, not sure how they make it, when i hop to different outlets the taste differs...cooking is an art and duplication is challenging!! forgeries die their own death!!
