Roadside Bajji...
Late evening and this street vendor is into making hot 'bajji's' favorite snack for many. I managed my temptation and let go the same fearing monsoon times that can make me sick, but am sure to return to enjoy some wadas and mirchi bajji’s some time later with higher confidence and tempt levels...

I can't forget this guy near the chord who made this huge capsicum bajjis, split it into four, stuffed the insides with chopped onions, fresh coriander and grated carrots and sprinkled chat masala over the delicacy!
