It continues to be a bit cold and wet outdoors, after all it kept raining y’day as well. These roadside carts come to rescue warming up via boiled sweet corns served hot… the preferred choice of many serves as quick & healthy munch !

this time of year on the cheseapeake bay area (50 miles west of wash dc), the shore white corn is sweet and delicious.
