Ragpicker Carts...
This is something new, the rag pickers used to carry large sacks on their backs as they used to go around collecting plastic from the garbage bins and roadside waste, few of them have upgraded themselves and now have big bicycle carts to help them collect more and be efficient, these are the unorganized pillars of recycling chain bringing back lot of waste plastic back in the value chain!
