Most of the residential layout roads are empty late noon and the summer vacations make kids do most of their time outside their homes with friends, what best could be to make most of this time other than playing cricket to ride on the IPL fever ....

Roads are empty before trafic catches up and thus early morning provides an opportunity for young ones like him to put his wheels on and get it going!!

Sports Meet..

On occasion of republic day, I clicked few pictures of the kids participating in the intra-school sports competition of Parikrma Humanity foundation schools spread across the city, the day was action packed and exciting as thousands attended the event, the sheer energy and the drive kids bring to the sports is such a motivation!!

Kite Flying...

The Mobile towers are now added to the enemies of kites, the enthusiast now find way of flying them above the trees as well as cell phone towers, the kite flying though has few takers as many kids choose the digital indoor games way this skill still remains exciting with few experts ....

The Clubbing is sporting too! the city has few sports cafes that provide great amount of fun and learning in the youth, more and more pool cafes are seen in almost all residential areas and remain crowded ...

For those who like golfing, city has lot of opportunities, this one is Eagleton, just an hour drive from city center the resort is a favorite destination for Golf lovers....

Pool time..

The young and old get onto many of the pool cafes in the city, playing snooker or the pool and catching up with friends is a favorite passtime for many....

Tracks n tyres

The go carting is not new sport but lot many new comers are seen becoming the fan its not only with the teens but the elders who accompany the teens and get excited to have few laps together!!

Young Drivers..

The young friends keep educating each other on the go karting track, they hardly had few rounds but the conversation is so much interesting loke pros and telling each other driving trips and track tricks!! So cute...

The passion for speed, control and skill is an adventures opportunity everyone seeks, early morning over the weekend the carts get set to burn the rubber on these tracks with free flow of adrenaline...

Cricket, Cricket…

Boys are crazy for this sport, the net practice sessions are running in full swing this winter and such scenes are common to see that dad is getting his kid to and fro from the practice grounds. Even waking up early morning and carrying heavy kits are no deterrent for passionate kids…

Go Carting & Young Riders…

Go carting is fun, not only to the drivers but for some tiny-tots too, the tracks are now getting busier with range of participants and few do introduce their kids to this fun sport quite an early stage of their life…

Golfing is passion for many and this city too has many enthusiasts endorsing the spirit of the game; The Bangalore Golf Club is the second oldest course in India founded in 1876. (18 Compact dry & sandy course with some rocky parts in the fairways but greens are lush and well-manicured) Looks like few prefer walking through the course enjoying great weather and peaceful surroundings..

Not an unusual sighting on the city roads, yet more probable on weekend mornings that the power bikers are seen in their full attire, attitude and aspirations amidst not so busy roads thundering eardrums of the city….

Weekend Action..

A visit to kanteerava stadium reveals lot of action, the crowd pulling game indeed made me stop and capture few moments …a cheerful weekend morning for sure!!

The long weekend gave the city some breather as many preferred to venture out on vacation (schools give long vacation for Dasera festivities) yet few preferred racing through the go carting tracks…. Here is one such track near Marathalli in the E-zone club….
