Bangalore Daily Photo (BDP) is a voyage since March 2006 to witness what’s a common mans sight of this beautiful city everyday!
A sneak peak onto “The living in Bangalore… “
Name board of a small shop nearby Hal market, promising almost everything yet housed in a small shop!! These type of shops are called general stores and are generally located nearby markets or residential areas…
I guess they are like our 7-11 or mini markets which charge much higher prices than supermarkets for the convenience of having them close by and open early morning and late at night.
I would love to see inside this little shop. It is wonderful to have stores close to home.
We have a few of these kinds of "general" stores here, but none as colorful...I'm always a bit afraid of them, though...I like to buy electronic items at an electronics store, for example, because I believe - rightly or wrongly - that the people running the electronics store will know more about their products and electronics in general...
Talk about one-stop shopping. What is "imitation" jewelry?
Thanks....Carolyn, the imitation is made with gold plated atticles inteadt of pure gold for those who can not afford the real ones...
