Water Worries....
Summer causes depletion of water table and most f the city depended of ground water thus spends most of the time fetching it from various areas, the rain water harvesting is getting implemented at a slower adaptation and pace till then these shots are common for those who can not afford water tankers to ferry water to their homes....
