Koshimbiri....
Popular at all age levels, the Koshimbiri is a simple and quick mixture of raw vegetables like tomato, cucumber and onion mixed with buttermilk / curd / yogurt with salt to taste, an essential part of most of the Indian meal. This one served on banana leaf as part of a mid may meal....
