Goodness! I've never seen anything like this before. The dog must have been really patient to stand for so long to have the dots applied. I wonder if he is this main colour normally. I find this dog exploitation, of course, but so long as he's well cared for and well fed. I sure hope he is as you say the owner and dog are very close to each other. A tiger partnership, no less.
