Boiled Peanuts..


After the roasted peanut munch the second preferred option are these boiled peanuts, served with chopped onions, green chilly chutney and few drops of fresh lemon juice! A chatpat (tangy) choice of the street chats...

Boiled peanuts are a great favorite in the southern part of the U.S. ( my homeland ). I'm from Georgia ( home of President Jimmy Carter - his family had a huge peanut farm, eighty miles from my home town ). We eat a lot of boiled peanuts!

for me boiled peanuts are always a first preference...gr8 shot...
