Work Day...
Working on small house constructions, a gang of labour is busy half way through. Most of the middle class households get their construction work done thorugh unorganized labour who migrate from remote places and make a living in the city pockets getting on the daily wages...

This is a scene I'm getting to see almost every day now that there's construction work going on at my place at a major scale :-)

Namaskara! I marvel at those women doing heavy, hard work in such pretty, colorful sarees!
I'm sure this is mutually benefical to both laborers and those who hire them!
