Bangalore Daily Photo (BDP) is a voyage since March 2006 to witness what’s a common mans sight of this beautiful city everyday!
A sneak peak onto “The living in Bangalore… “
While the urbanites get their share of milk in plastic pouches or tetra packs there are many who like to get the fresh cow milk delivered at their door step from the farm. Thus the modern farmer get these huge containers loaded onto his two wheeler (scooter) for the fresh milk delivery!!
Thanks. @Jcollins224, the milk is fetched early morning and delivered within 3-4 hrs to consumers, once bought consumers boil it and consume it or refrigerate for later use. I have never seen milk spoiling in 3-4 hours here.

That's great, fresh from the cow by motorcycle!
That's great, fresh from the cow to the consumer, via motorcycle!
I do wonder if there are problems keeping the milk cold due to the heat in Bangalore? I never saw Milk delievered by motorcycle...this is interesting.
Fresh milk, fresh fruits: what else do you need to prepare a good milkshake?
Unbelievable! That's not possible in my city! We do have a milk truck delivery man in town who drives a truck which looks like a cow . . .
I remember my babushka (grandma) had the 3 litres version of this. The milk was best and real, no way 3 month storage possibility.
Thanks.
